records, accommodation, estates management, and research and consultancy
systems.
For a large solicitors' practice:
- Project management of the implementation of an IT strategy for office
automation.
For a water authority:
- A review of the current Information Systems (IS) environment for
part of the Long Form report for privatisation.
- An analysis of the users' requirements for a replacement Customer
Accounting System (CAS).
For a London Borough:
- A review of the users' requirements for a computerised Direct Labour
Organisation (DLO) system.
- Production of user guides and manual and change control procedures
for the new system.
For an international firm of exhibition organisers:
- Project management of the implementation of financial packages for
